Senza categoria@techindepth27 Creating a diverse income stream is absolutely top of mind for most creators. YouTubes algo is stunningly arbitrary and I've seen amazing creators get absolutely rinsed for not adapting content to their opaque whims.
I love the idea of peertube and would love even more to see advertising and payments tech come to the fediverse, becuse the power to decide wether to see ad-supported content, or make micropayments is better than a monolithic platform only designed for revenue generation.
