1. Disinformation and algorithmic manipulation
2. One‑sided bans and loss of a reliable channel
3. Journalists’ willingness to follow the politics wherever it goes (Truth social example)
4. Why the EU‑hosted Mastodon instance is a better fit
5. Why staying on X could jeopardize your political standing (here show your website) to say their name is public and it can hurt them.

Yeah, we used to do it with bulletin boards. They’re all sorts of ways of keeping in touch that the major platforms have monopolized.

We need to rediscover the joy in the smol.

The chief factor working in favor of that is platform enshittification.
